The Atom Appointment Dashboard gives your team a clear, visual overview of jobs and appointments across your workforce. The default weekly calendar displays engineers alongside their assigned work, while unassigned appointments remain visible and ready to schedule. Employee leave and appointments assigned to subcontractors can also be seen, giving schedulers a more complete picture of availability.

Switch between calendar and list views, filter the information displayed and make scheduling changes using drag and drop. Weekly Calendar View
See engineers and their scheduled jobs and appointments across a clear weekly calendar. Quickly understand who is working where, what has been assigned and how each engineer’s schedule looks across the week, with employee leave displayed alongside their appointments.
Drag & Drop Scheduling
Make scheduling changes quickly using drag and drop. Move appointments between engineers, subcontractors or different days without having to open and manually edit each appointment, making it easier to respond when schedules or priorities change.
Unassigned Work
Keep jobs and appointments that still need scheduling clearly visible within the dashboard. Unassigned work can be dragged directly onto the appropriate engineer, subcontractor or date, helping schedulers identify outstanding work and allocate it when resources become available.
Purchase Invoicing
Record supplier invoices against approved purchase orders, ensuring every purchase invoice is linked to an authorised order. Scan or upload original supplier invoices, create part invoices when required and maintain supporting records for accurate purchasing administration.
Scheduled Invoicing
Simplify recurring billing for maintenance plans with scheduled invoices. Set the invoicing frequency and amount, then choose whether invoices are automatically sent to customers or created for manual review and sending, giving you flexibility over ongoing billing arrangements.
Accounting Software Integration
Export invoice information from Atom to supported accounting software packages, reducing duplicate data entry and keeping records consistent. Invoices are automatically marked as transferred once exported, while payment status can also be recorded within Atom to help maintain accurate invoice records.
