This form acts as a bridge between the uploaded invoice and the information already stored in Atom. Once the AI has populated the fields, the user can quickly select the correct purchase order from a list pulled directly from Atom. When the purchase order is chosen, Nexus automatically fills in additional details such as the supplier associated with the PO, the relevant job or site, internal references, nominal codes, and any predefined information linked to that order. This ensures accuracy, eliminates duplicate entry, and significantly speeds up the reconciliation process.

After reviewing the details, the user simply clicks Create Purchase Invoice. Nexus then sends the completed invoice directly into Atom’s Purchase Invoices section, complete with all extracted data and the original invoice image stored alongside it. This creates a fully traceable digital record and allows teams to access and manage invoices directly within Atom without the need to re-enter or upload anything manually.
